More than half of the world’s population now owns a cell phone and children under 12 constitute one of the fastest growing segments of mobile device users. Industry Fellow Carly Shuler draws on interviews with mobile learning experts as well as current research and industry trends to illustrate how mobile devices might be more broadly used for learning.
